The Power of Godliness is manifest in the ordinances

Kayla's zone in Sullana

Seriously the power of God is very real. I miss the temple more than any other place in the world. I was actually hoping that we could go to the temple like the day after i get home. Or if possibly the day I get home would be amazing. Also question, can I enter in still as missionary? Im glad you have felt the power of the temple. I know that God will keep you guys safe as you continue going.

So Brayan is excited for his baptism on Friday!! He is inviting his family and friends and we are super excited as well. We plan on having Brayan's baptism this week, Denis next week and the week after Brandy. AHHH!! They are our three kids. We were talking about them this week and I came to understand a little bit of the Fathers love and ways;

So Brayan is basically the golden and perfect kid. He agrees to live everythng and immediately obeys. He shares the gospel with his friends and comes to church early with a nicely pressed shirt and pants. He wants to teach and baptize his parents. Denis has come to church 3 times but he is sometimes difficult to find in his home to be able to teach. He has ENDLESS questions (but they are really good ones) and he truly understands the need for repentance, due to some past difficulties. Brandy is a little bit more behind. After teaching him for the same amount of time as Denis and Brayan, this Sunday was the first time he attended church. He wants Gods help but is always willing to do his part to receive it. But he truly wants to be where God is and have what he offers.

Our three kids are all in different stages, but we love them equally. Equally when one makes a good decision we rejoice, and when one forgets to read their scriptures or isn't there when we are scheduled to teach them it makes us sad. Neither one of them is better than the other. They are all good and they are all important , to us, and to God.

As we pondered on this I realized that is the same with us. Sometimes we believe that we are not as loved by God, maybe for our disobedience, or just becuase we feel ugly or stupid, but God is no respecter of persons. We are all his chldern and he loves us. How beautiful is that. (:

Now I have learned and know these truths because I read the Book of Mormon.There I come to know how much God really loves me and each one of His children. I know that the Book of Mormon is the key to happiness and salvation, as Nephi mentions from the beginning (1 Nephi 6:4)
I pray and hope that you all read the Book of Mormon and truly try Moroni´s promise.
"3.Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things, if it be wisdom in God that ye should read them, that ye would remember how merciful the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even down until the time that ye shall receive these things, and ponder it in your hearts.
 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.
 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things."
It is open to all. Please, the Lord himself invites you to ask him if these things are true. I know that the Book of Mormon truly testifies of the living Christ, our Savior and shows that He is real. We must always remember Him.

I love you family!!! I miss you tons and tons and tons and send prayers, big squishy hugs and lots of kisses. You guys are the best.
Love you,
Hermana Tanuvasa
